On weekends, you’ll be part of the on-site execution that ensures each event meets and exceeds guest expectations.Success in this position comes from balancing communication, attention to detail, and a genuine enjoyment of helping people celebrate important moments.About the RoleThe Events & Office Coordinator supports the full journey of private, corporate, and social events, from the first email or phone call through day-of coordination. During weekday shifts, you may be answering general office calls, responding to shared inboxes, assisting with event proposals, organizing client communications, or supporting internal planning efforts. You’ll help guide guests through available spaces, timelines, and expectations while ensuring all details are clearly documented and communicated.On weekends, the focus shifts to execution. You’ll work alongside operations teams to support group reservations and live events, helping ensure the guest experience flows smoothly from start to finish.
