You’re ready to run the whole restaurant, not just the shift.

As a Dunkin’ Restaurant General Manager with Bluemont Group, a local Dunkin’ franchisee, you 

own the results: the team, the guest experience and the numbers. You hire and build your crew, 

keep a high-volume drive-thru running to Dunkin’ standards, and turn your Assistant Managers into 

future GMs. You’ll have a District Manager in your corner who knows your store.

What you’ll do

•  Hire, train and develop your team; plan staffing to match guest traffic
•  Build the weekly schedule and manage labor to target
•  Order inventory and trucks; control food cost and waste
•  Own cash handling and security procedures
•  Keep speed, accuracy and hospitality high in the drive-thru and lobby
•  Launch new menu items, promotions and marketing on time and to brand standard
•  Keep the restaurant safe and clean, with food safety and preventive maintenance on track
•  Review results, spot opportunities and set goals with your team

Hours & schedule

•  Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location and day.
•  Full-time; availability across operating hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
•  Minimum age: 18

You’re a fit if

Must-haves

•  3 years managing people in the restaurant industry
•  Experience interviewing and making hiring decisions, and building schedules
•  Experience with inventory and truck ordering, and managing food and labor costs
•  A strong track record in cash handling and customer service
•  Availability across operating hours (as early as 4 a.m., as late as 11 p.m.), including weekends
•  18 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
•  You can stand, bend and move for a full shift and lift and carry supplies

Nice-to-haves

•  1 year in a quick service restaurant (QSR) management role
•  Active ServSafe® certification
•  Dunkin’ experience
