Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to pick up, transport, and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading goods, following assigned routes and schedules, verifying delivery information, and obtaining delivery confirmations. The role also involves providing courteous customer service at each stop, handling basic paperwork or digital documentation, and following all safety and traffic regulations. Delivery Drivers collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally during deliveries.
- Experience or familiarity with Forklift Operation and basic warehouse handling procedures (preferred but not required).
- Ability to support Training activities, such as learning new routes, procedures, and safety practices, and assisting peers when needed.
- Exposure to Sales or Food & Beverage environments where time management, reliability, and direct interaction with clients or guests were essential.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company driving standards.
- Capability to lift and move packages safely, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliability in following schedules and instructions, with strong attention to detail and basic documentation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior delivery or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
