\n- 2 years of experience sourcing and hiring mid-level and senior software engineers in Latin America in positions such as Ruby on Rails, React, Node.js, Ember.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experienced in sourcing talented software engineers for hard-to-fill positions.
- Ability to write and speak English fluently.
- Positive attitude and a tireless work ethic.
- Upbeat, energetic, and excited to come to work each day.
- Source software engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, and Node.js, using LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.
- Perform phone screens to ensure candidates possess the proper qualifications prior to interviews.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify/disqualify candidates.
- Administer and manage technical tests.
- Create and send job offers.
- Participate in daily standups with the hiring team, sales team, and management team.
- Source and hire at least two software engineers each month, with a goal of hiring 4 engineers per month.
