Real Estate Sales Representative

We are currently growing and looking to fill immediate positions available in our real estate investment company here in Bellevue, WA. This isn't your typical Real Estate Agent gig. It's all about sealing deals – locking in residential real estate contracts. We purchase real estate all over the country and you will be helping us find them! This will require TOP LEVEL PHONE SKILLS BUT YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO COLD CALL.
We have in house training there is no needed experience required for this role. As long as you have the desire to win, are ready to learn and have a great attitude. We will give you all the tools to be successful.
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
- Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a knack for connecting with others.
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but a passion for learning and growth is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset, dedicated to delivering excellent service.
- Able to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined, with a strong work ethic.
- Have reliable transportation to and from our office.
- Eager to embrace new technologies and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
How We'll Take Care of You:
1. Salary: $4000/month
2. Commission
- Uncapped commission
- Potential to earn $90K per year
- Top Reps are making over $150K per year
