GENERAL

- Consistently manages all tasks & activities through Redtail.
- Uses appropriate judgment in handling confidential information for both the company and clients.
- Consistently adheres to company policies related to professional appearance, attendance, punctuality, and paid time off.
- Always presents with professional attire appropriate for the situation.
- Takes the initiative in seeking out opportunities for personal professional development and training.
- Actively participates in quarterly personal, team and company performance goal setting and achievement.
- Demonstrates desire to support company success by being available for evening and weekend marketing events as needed.
FINANCIAL ADVISING
- Thoroughly prepares for and leads client meetings for assigned prospects and current client updates
- Participates in support role with SWA client meetings by assisting with preparing notes through “Mobile Assistant” and completing thorough Action Checklist summary.
- Consistently follows-up with clients and prospects assuring all personally assigned meeting Action Checklists commitments have been completed in an excellent and timely manner.
- Conducts follow-up and secondary meetings with clients
- Completes appropriately comprehensive and responsible financial plans for clients, personally presenting recommendations.
- Proactively monitors assigned client accounts, placing trades when needed.
- Ensures that all recommendations and dealings with clients meet and exceed the highest moral and ethical standards, always purposing to do what is in the best interest of our clients.
- Consistently prioritizes tasks around the “Weekly Productivity Tracker” adjusting performance goals to levels appropriate for current level of professional growth and development.
- Consistently prioritizes daily activities around “Daily 3 Most” tracking tool.
- Consistently completes weekly prospect meetings with the frequency appropriate for level of professional growth and development
CLIENT DELIGHT
- Enthusiastically engages and embodies the company core value of seeking to delight our clients.
- Maintains a friendly, professional tone and posture in all communication with clients, whether face to face, by phone or in writing.
- Consistently and effectively uses RedTail for all scheduling, task management and client contact documentation.
- Collaborates with Receptionist to execute Client Touch gifts and cards
- Actively participates in all monthly client appreciation events, seeking to build relationships and connections.
- Regularly connects with current clients, according to current company standards in order to build/deepen relationships.
MARKETING
- Maintains a list of at least 30 prospects to actively engage to build relationships with the goal of them becoming clients. (SFG Business Tracking Tool)
- Actively participates in a minimum of 2 community/business organizations continuously, in order to expand sphere of influence and identify prospects.
- Consistently asks for referrals
- Effectively maintains professional social media presence ie Linked-in, Facebook
- Actively pursues public speaking opportunities to present as a Financial area expert
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Investment Committee
- Effectively Leads and facilitates the Investment Committee meeting
- Comprehensively researches investment options for presentation
- Effectively presents research results and makes clear case for recommendations
- Follows through with implementing committee decisions for change assuring timely implementation.
Financial Planning
- Effectively leads each Client Financial Planning intake meeting focused on fully understanding client financial objectives.
- Assures accurate and complete information gathering and data input
- Accurately analyzes and interprets client information in order to formulate a strong effective financial plan
- Presents plans to clients in a way that is most easily understood and allows them make an informed decision.
- Follows through with supporting the client in implementing their financial plan.
