This role is responsible for organizing, structuring, and maintaining knowledge repositories, ensuring that critical information is captured, indexed, and accessible to authorized stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing knowledge management processes, maintaining collaborative portals and databases, curating and standardizing content, and supporting users in retrieving and sharing information. The Knowledge Manager collaborates with analysts, IT personnel, and leadership to identify knowledge gaps, improve workflows, and enhance information-sharing practices. Additional responsibilities may include documenting best practices, producing guidance materials and training for end users, and supporting continuous improvement of knowledge management tools and procedures.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge management, information organization, and content curation, including the use of repositories, portals, and collaborative platforms.
- Strong analytical and research abilities, with skill in synthesizing complex information, documenting processes, and developing clear, user-focused guidance and reference materials.
- Proficiency with information technology tools commonly used in knowledge management (e.g., SharePoint or similar platforms, databases, document management systems) and comfort working with technical teams.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams, gather requirements, and support stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Knowledge Management, Library Science, Intelligence Studies, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience supporting U.S. Government or defense/intelligence community programs is highly beneficial; familiarity with classified environments and information security practices is a plus.
