Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations for our newly established US entity in Dallas. You will play a key role in building HR infrastructure from the ground up, leading HR setup, payroll management, recruitment, policy development, and employee relations. This is a strategic leadership role, to ensure HR strategies align with global organizational goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- 5–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Proven experience in setting up HR functions for a new business/location in the US.
- Strong understanding of US labor laws, HR compliance, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Plano, TX 75025
