Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse that includes multiple business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Site Supervisor will ensure efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and mentor team members. The warehouse environment may or may not be climate-controlled.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct team members(warehouse technicians & forklift operators)to meet daily operational targets.
- Be able to safely operate forklifts and cherry pickers within a distribution environment.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and oversee team adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to all Team Members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of inventory and task completion.
- Ensure trailers and equipment are safe to enter before loading.
- Complete correct shipping documentation and system transitions to ensure proper shipment and inventory accuracy
- Ensure prompt communication with clients, drivers, and guests
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years team lead or supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse environment
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required.
- Physical ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly and work in varying temperature conditions..
