Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training & development. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a resource for employees, addressing questions and concerns while promoting a positive work environment.
- Assist in conflict resolution and escalate complex employee relations issues as needed.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
- Assist with audits, investigations, and HR reporting as needed.
HR Operations & Support
- Manage HR data and generate reports for decision-making.
- Coordinate HR programs such as employee recognition and wellness initiatives.
- Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in human resources or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be able to support multiple locations. Some overnight travel required.
