Packaging Operator

Join as a Packaging Operator to support safe and efficient production processes. In this role, you'll operate and monitor equipment, perform basic maintenance, and manage material flow while adhering to food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Operating and overseeing production equipment to meet quality and throughput targets.
• Setting up control systems, adjusting processes, replenishing supplies, and executing line changeovers.
• Performing minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting using hand and power tools.
• Operating powered mobile equipment like forklifts to support material movement.
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, and work at heights, with or without accommodations, using PPE.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklifts.
