- Acting as a liaison between clients and operations to address service needs
- Managing daily account operations and resolving customer issues promptly
- Achieving and exceeding monthly retention and upsell targets
- Collaborating with senior sales team members to grow the business
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Over 3 years of outside sales or account management experience
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients effectively
- Strong customer service skills and relationship-building ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel overnight as necessary
