Sales Support Specialist

Bluegrass Roller Service is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales, customer check-in, and order processing functions while helping us deliver exceptional customer service every day.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our Customer Operations Manager, Sales Team, and Production Team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from check-in through completion.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Enter data from customer check-in forms to generate quotes and work orders.
• Coordinate pricing inquiries and communicate with vendors.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding quotes, orders, and service requests.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and management to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Digitally archive documentation and attach files to work orders.
• Generate purchase orders and track outside processing when required.
• Provide support wherever needed within the customer operations process.

• Proven data entry and typing skills with excellent accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

No prior experience with these skills is required—we'll provide training.

• Ability to read and use measuring tools (tape measure, micrometer, pi tape).
• Ability to interpret technical and CAD drawings.
