Join our vibrant team as a Pool Attendant and be the heartbeat of a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment!
As a pool attendant/watcher, your primary responsibility will watch top & bottom of slides at Paradise Cove Aquatic Center, and help with cleaning around the facility
In this role, you’ll ensure the pool area is maintained to the highest standards, keep patrons safe and in-line with pool rules, and uphold safety protocols at all times.
Duties
- Monitor slide activity continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce pool rules effectively
- Assist guests with pool-related inquiries, and directions around the facility
- Conduct routine inspections of the pool area, deck, and surrounding facilities to identify hazards
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, and surrounding areas through thorough cleaning procedures
Experience
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly attitude that promotes a welcoming atmosphere
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks related to pool upkeep
