```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to oversee our Pool Management operations. This position is Seasonal and will run primarily from Memorial Day - Labor Day. Some work may be required in the month before & following.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of your respective Country Club or Aquatic Facility. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with and manager young lifeguards, open between ages of 15-20 is single most important quality we are looking for in our candidates.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, regular maintenance and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to better serve our clients and their respective facilities
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
- Oversee event management, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide guidance, feedback, and training
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Assistant manager: Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar role is preferred
