Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide skilled interventions targeting fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care, activities of daily living, and functional independence.
- Work with pediatric and adult populations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Kentucky OT license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful goals.

Compensation
Therapists receive 70% of collected insurance reimbursement. Estimated earnings of $50–$64 per billable hour assume two completed and reimbursed 30-minute treatment sessions per hour. Actual earnings depend on payer rates, completed visits, and collections. This estimate is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
