Clinic Director – Physical Therapy

What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership
- Lead delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Set and maintain clinical standards, outcomes, and documentation quality
- Foster a patient-first, safety-focused culture
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, and mentor PTs, PTAs, and support staff
- Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and development
- Build a positive, accountable, and team-oriented clinic culture
Operations & Performance
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, and EMR utilization
- Monitor key metrics (visits, productivity, cancellations, revenue) and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
Growth & Community Engagement
- Build relationships with referring providers and community partners
- Support local marketing efforts and outreach initiatives
- Identify opportunities to grow patient volume and clinic performance
Patient Care
- Evaluate and treat patients using individualized treatment plans
- Develop and progress plans of care to achieve functional outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (KY or eligible)
- Experience in outpatient orthopaedics preferred
- Prior leadership experience or interest in stepping into a leadership role
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance patient care with operational and team leadership
