The Opportunity
We are seeking driven, ambitious sales professionals to join our Wall Street office. This role is ideal for individuals with sales or finance experience who want to control their own income in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You’ll work directly with small business owners, understand their funding needs, and guide them through the financing process. With uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a path to leadership, top performers can earn $200K in their first year.

What You’ll Do
- Connect daily with small business owners to uncover funding needs
- Manage a pipeline of qualified leads (no need to start from scratch)
- Guide clients through document collection & pre-approval steps
- Position multiple financing products with confidence
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of sales experience required (finance, real estate, insurance, or B2B sales a plus)
- Competitive, ambitious, and highly motivated by earnings
- Coachable and eager to grow in a high-performance sales culture
- Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone with business owners
- Entrepreneurial mindset — thrive on ownership and accountability
Compensation & Upside
- 30% uncapped commission on closed deals
- Performance bonuses (monthly)
