Foreman / Team Lead - Landscape Construction

Residential Construction | Leadership Role | $65K–$75K Total Comp

We’re hiring a hands-on Foreman to lead day-to-day production for a growing residential construction company.

This is not a clipboard-only role.

This is a working leadership position.

You’ll be on-site, on the tools, setting the pace, leading a small crew, communicating with clients, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

We are looking for someone who cares about craftsmanship, communication, and building systems that scale.

This position reports directly to ownership.

The right Foreman will:

• Stabilize and strengthen field production
• Build repeatable job site systems
• Develop crew members into stronger craftsmen
• Protect schedule, quality, and margin

As we expand and add crews, there will be opportunities for expanded leadership responsibility for the right person.

• Lead daily on-site production
• Run efficient morning stand-up meetings
• Plan workflow and anticipate material needs
• Maintain organized, professional job sites
• Provide short daily updates to homeowners and ownership
• Train and mentor crew members
• Solve problems early
  

• 5 years residential construction experience
• Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Organized and proactive
• Clear communicator
• High standards for craftsmanship
• Calm under pressure
• Takes ownership
  

• Base Salary: $58,000–$62,000
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $6,000 annually
• Profit Share Opportunity
• Total Realistic Compensation: $65,000–$75,000
• Top performers can exceed $80,000
