Your role as a Courier

As a Part-Time Courier at Bluegrass Land Title, LLC in Lexington, KY, your primary responsibility will be to transfer documents efficiently between multiple company locations. This role not only focuses on courier services but also includes valuable administrative duties when you're not on the road. You'll assist with answering phones and tackling various tasks assigned by management, contributing to a collaborative office environment. This dual responsibility keeps the workday engaging and ensures that no two days are alike, providing a well-rounded experience in our industry. All mileage travelled as part of your courier responsibilities are recompensed by Bluegrass Land Title, LLC at the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate.

To succeed as a Part-Time Courier at Bluegrass Land Title, LLC, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable means of transportation. Strong organizational skills are essential for efficiently managing document transfers between various Lexington locations. Effective communication abilities will aid in interacting with team members and clients, particularly when answering phones and assisting with administrative tasks. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the accuracy of deliveries and maintain the integrity of important documents. Additionally, adaptability and a proactive approach are vital, as the role requires managing multiple responsibilities and responding to management's assignments.

Hours of availability for this role are Monday through Thursday from 9am until 2pm and Fridays from 9am until 5pm (30 minute lunch break).

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must possess your own reliable means of transportation.
• Must be available to work Monday through Thursday from 9am until 2pm and Friday from 9am until 5pm. Flexibility on hours (the ability to work from 2pm to 5pm Monday through Thursday) is strongly preferred. This part time role could turn into a full time role (with benefits) for the right individual.
