As a Malone’s Carryout Specialist, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding takeout experience for our guests. Your job is to ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction, 100% of the Time. You’ll assist customers with placing orders, package meals with care, and ensure timely delivery of carryout items. Your goal is to make sure guests feel valued and receive the same quality service they would in the restaurant.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner when they arrive for their orders.
Accurately take orders over the phone or through online platforms, addressing any dietary needs or special requests.
Package and verify carryout orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality.
Safely handle food items and maintain strict adherence to sanitation and safety policies.
Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions.
Ensure timely order pickup or delivery by communicating effectively with guests and kitchen staff.
Stay informed on current menu items, seasonal offerings, and any potential menu shortages.
Address guest concerns promptly and refer them to a supervisor when necessary.
Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a neat and organized carryout area.
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements
