Bluegrass Harley-Davidson is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time MotorClothes Associate to join our team! If you enjoy helping people, have a passion for retail, fashion, or motorcycles, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
As a MotorClothes Associate, you'll help customers find the perfect riding gear, apparel, and accessories while delivering the exceptional customer experience our dealership is known for.
What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with enthusiasm and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting Harley-Davidson apparel, riding gear, helmets, footwear, gifts, and accessories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Merchandise new inventory and create attractive product displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Help achieve department sales goals through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
- Receive, tag, stock, and replenish merchandise.
- Participate in dealership promotions, events, and seasonal sales.
- Work collaboratively with all dealership departments to create an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special dealership events.
- Passion for motorcycles or the Harley-Davidson lifestyle is a plus—but we'll help teach you the products!
