As a Plumbing Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in the operations of our company. You work directly with new and existing customers to schedule service calls. When clients call, you answer with a smile. As you speak to our customers, you discern their individual plumbing needs.
Exceptionally organized, you handle dispatch and scheduling duties in our office, selecting the appropriate technician for each job and booking appointments in the most efficient way possible. Your extensive knowledge about the services we offer allows you to answer any questions our customers may have. You love working with our clients and take pride in the service you provide!
