BlueForce Inc. is seeking Technical Controllers for the Mission Control Center (MCC) in support of the USAF Air Combat Command Air Operations Squadron (HQ ACC/AOS) at Langley AFB, Hampton, VA.

The Technical Controller will be responsible for administratively supporting CORONET missions through phases of planning, execution, and delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with government personnel and worldwide aviation agencies.
- Coordinate delivery of all mission assigned aircraft.
- Track the safe and timely delivery of aircraft.
- Prepare, track, and maintain detailed records on all missions.
- Compile, edit and transmit mission reports detailing aircraft delivery flight activity.
- Provide requested mission data to applicable parties and perform data entry into the AOS software program ADIS.
- Maintain an “on-call” status (when scheduled for duty) and be able to timely respond/report to the MCC within 60 minutes notification.
- Possess an active Secret clearance.
- At least 5 years of military experience in flight operations administration, base operations, Air Operations Center, rated aviation management or related fields; to perform support functions for at least 67% of the schedule time and 100% of the time when increased Ops Tempo.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Prior command and control experience is desired.
