Responsibilities
Assist lead swim instructors in conducting swimming lessons by setting up equipment and preparing lesson plans.
Engage children and students with positive communication, behavior management, and motivational coaching.
Contribute to creating an inclusive, fun, and motivating environment that encourages skill development and confidence building.
Qualifications
Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is essential.
Strong swimming skills with the ability to demonstrate proper techniques across various strokes.
Demonstrated ability in behavior management, teamwork leadership, and creating a positive learning environment.
MUST be available weekdays 4-630 and Saturdays 830-1130, 2 PLUS shifts preferred
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
