Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Fabricator role located in Carlstadt, NJ. The Fabricator will be responsible for creating high-quality products from raw materials. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting build guides and design intent decks, measuring and cutting materials, assembling structures or components, preparing parts formpaint and ensuring all products meet quality standards. The role also involve operating machinery and hand tools, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and being creative. You will be working in a team oriented environment with our fabricators, operators, painters, technical designers and project managers. Your ideas, opinions and collaboration are not only welcome, but expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design intent decks and technical drawings
- Experience with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Skilled in operating machinery and hand tools
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork characteristics
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Previous experience in fabrication or a related field is a plus
- Installation experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
