The BlueCare Operational Oversight team is seeking a technically proficient Business Analyst with a strong foundation in data reporting, systems configuration, process improvement, and compliance. Candidates should have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel and Access.
In this role, you’ll be the system administrator for the Keylight change management process, manage and modernize Access databases used by Operational Oversight, and support contract communication and change management efforts. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency and compliance, with opportunities to lead system improvements and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
This position requires excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. You’ll also need strong communication skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and a willingness to occasionally back up other analysts on the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures.
- Identifying business process improvement projects for internal business groups, and making recommendations to management on efficiencies.
- Conducting cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources.
- Analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management operations.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
Experience
- 3 years - Technical or operational experience required
Skills\Certifications
- Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
- Analytical and decision making abilities.
- Proficient in MicroSoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint)
- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
