We’re hiring a Strategic Account Executive to build and own the Nashville market, focusing on enterprise and corporate clients. This is an opportunity to create a market, shape a strategy, and drive meaningful revenue impact.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Market Development: Establish and grow BlueCotton’s presence in the Nashville corporate and enterprise segment
- Pipeline Creation: Prospect, qualify, and manage a high-quality pipeline of enterprise opportunities, targeting accounts with potential for $50k annual spend
- Revenue Growth: Acquire new accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Strategic Selling: Navigate multi-stakeholder organizations, selling directly to decision-makers and C-suite/executive buyers (HR, Marketing, Procurement, Employee Experience, etc.)
- Account Expansion: Become the trusted advisor for your clients’ entire decorated apparel and merchandise strategy
- Voice of the Customer: Bring market insights, trends, and customer feedback to influence new product and program ideas for BlueCotton
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with our in-house production, art, and customer service teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience selling to large corporate/executive accounts ideally in promotional products, custom apparel, screen printing/embroidery, uniforms, or related B2B industries.
- Track record of consistently closing and growing $50k–$250k annual accounts.
- Strong existing network or ability to quickly penetrate corporate procurement, HR, and marketing departments.
- Hunter mentality with excellent pipeline discipline and CRM proficiency.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Must be located in Nashville.

- Base salary starting at $70K uncapped commission (high performers will significantly exceed base)
