We are seeking a Concierge who takes pride in their work! The Concierge serves as a welcoming face of the community and plays an important role in creating an exceptional resident experience.

As the Concierge, your mission will be to create an exceptional resident experience by serving as a welcoming, knowledgeable, and dependable presence within the community. Build strong resident relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure every interaction and community touchpoint reflects a high standard of hospitality, service, and professionalism. To achieve this mission you will:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, prospective residents, guests, vendors, and neighbors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to resident questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
• Assist with after-hours package pickup and other resident services.
• Maintain communication logs and ensure relevant community updates, requests, and concerns are properly documented and communicated.
• Develop strong knowledge of the community, its amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood to serve as a helpful resource for residents and guests.
• Build positive relationships with residents and promote open, effective communication between residents and the community team.
• Support resident events, activities, and initiatives that create an engaging and enjoyable community experience.
• Assist with community marketing efforts, including social media, online presence, and resident-facing communications.
• Partner with the onsite team to ensure community events and shared spaces are welcoming, organized, and well presented.
• Monitor amenity areas and maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and materials.
• Proactively communicate resident concerns, operational issues, or other needs to community management.
• Maintain the concierge and surrounding work areas to a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Complete all assigned services request

• You have worked at an apartment community; preferred.

• You have reliable transportation to perform all job duties.

Paid Time Off- 120 hours PTO accrual stating upon hire.

Floating Days- 2 floating days.

Holiday Pay- 9.5 holidays.
