We are seeking a caring and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 support for a student in a school setting in Emmaus, PA. This is a full-time, MondayFriday position following the school calendar.Responsibilities:Provide direct 1:1 nursing care and support throughout the school dayAssist with medical needs such as medication administration, seizure protocols, diabetic care, or mobility assistance (based on students plan)Monitor the students health status and respond to changesMaintain clear communication with the school nurse, teachers, and familySupport the student in classroom activities, transitions, and transportation as neededDocument daily care and follow the students Individualized Healthcare Plan (IHP)Requirements:Active PA LPN licenseCurrent PA clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, State Police)CPR/BLS certificationPediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not requiredCompassionate, dependable, and comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
