Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail oriented people to join our team of window cleaners and power washers. This role is responsible for cleaning residential and/or commercial windows and building exteriors to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional appearance at all times. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.
Job Location: Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Indian River, Cheboygan
Key Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior windows using professional tools and techniques
- Remove dirt, grime, water spots, and debris from glass surfaces, frames, and sills
- Safely use ladders and other equipment when required
- Communicate professionally with customers and other employees
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean, working condition
Qualifications
- Previous window cleaning or related experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidates
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
- Reliable transportation
