This position is perfect for someone passionate about experiential design, who thrives in collaborative, cross-disciplinary environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize interactive experiences in Unity for physical installations and museum environmentsIntegrate computer vision systems, including AI-based hand, skeleton, or pose tracking methodsImplement and animate 3D characters, including rigging and mapping to real-time inputCollaborate with design, content, and AV teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and physical componentsBuild prototypes to test interaction models and user flowParticipate in technical planning, documentation, and troubleshooting across all phasesContribute to on-site setup, testing, and refinement as neededQualifications35 years of professional experience in Unity development, ideally with physical or installation-based projectsStrong proficiency in C# and Unitys 3D engine workflowsExperience working with computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, MediaPipe, or similar)Understanding of real-time 3D character animation, rigging, and user-driven motion mappingComfortable working closely with designers, AV vendors, and fabricatorsExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication and documentation abilitiesNice to HaveFamiliarity with pose estimation and motion capture pipelinesExperience developing interactive media for museums or public spacesKnowledge of hardware and sensors (depth cameras, projection, motion tracking)Understanding of performance optimization for real-time graphics
