Bluebono is a private real estate lending company providing financing solutions to real estate investors and business-purpose borrowers.

Our work combines private credit, real estate finance, data analytics, model development, product design, and workflow automation. We are building internal tools and analytical products to improve how lending transactions are evaluated, managed, and executed.

Internship Overview

The Product & Data Science Intern will participate in supervised projects involving data analysis, model development, AI applications, product design, and workflow automation.

The intern will also gain practical exposure to private lending and real estate finance, including property valuation, underwriting, loan structure, transaction workflows, and market analysis.

Prior experience in real estate or lending is not required. We are looking for candidates who are interested in finance, real estate, data science, machine learning, AI products, or technology-enabled business operations.

  • Assist with property valuation, market analysis, underwriting, and private lending case studies.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, analytical tools, and standardized reporting workflows.
  • Research and test AI applications involving document extraction, classification, financial analysis, property research, and workflow automation.
  • Evaluate model and AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, limitations, and business usefulness.
  • Identify data-quality, product, workflow, and usability issues.
  • Document methodologies, requirements, testing results, and recommendations.
  • Present findings through written reports, models, prototypes, dashboards, or presentations.
