What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Office Manager (Internal Applicants Only) position at Bluebonnet Trails Community Services?
Under the supervision of the Director of Access, the Access Office Manager is responsible for the overall customer service and administrative support functions for the Access team. This includes hiring, initial and ongoing training, supervision, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry for the Access CSR team. The Access Office Manage will assist staff in resolving complaints or conflicts and follow up on all complaints or conflicts according to the agency procedure. The Access Office Manage provides services and supervises the provision of services including, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, financial assessments, and interest list screenings. The Access Office Manager will monitor and track Access CSR performance, including documented recognition, praise, and/or teaching via supervisory and coaching sessions for employees under their supervision.

The supervisor must demonstrate an ability to interact effectively and maintain positive relationships with a variety of agency personnel and community partners. Sensitivity to and appreciation of various cultural differences is needed. These responsibilities may entail some travel between agency sites.

Hourly Salary Rate: $26.00 - $30.75

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. At least one years experience working as a BTCS CSR.
Must have a valid Texas drivers license and maintain approved driving record throughout employment.
