Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field.
Bilingual preferred.

- Recovery-Focused Case Management: Provide person-centered case management services aimed at reducing barriers and enhancing wellness, independence, and stability.
- Skills Training and Psycho-Social Support: Facilitate skills training to help clients overcome challenges and build the tools needed for a successful recovery journey. This may include face-to-face or televideo sessions in-clinic or in the community.
- Collaboration with Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT): Work closely with MCOT to ensure seamless continuity of care, from crisis management to recovery support. You’ll also conduct crisis assessments to evaluate risks and facilitate appropriate referrals for further treatment.
- Building Resilience and Safety: Support individuals with high-crisis needs (including those with recent MCOT contacts, crisis line calls, or psychiatric hospitalizations) to build resilience, reduce risks, and develop a sense of empowerment in their recovery process.
- You have a deep commitment to mental health recovery and empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Differential Detail
- Up to $4.00/hour – Tenure with BTCS
- $.75/hour – Bilingual
- Up to $2.00/hour – prior experience in a similar role with a community center in Texas
- $1.00/hour – Masters Degree in Human Services
- $1.00/hour – Advanced Licensure
- $.50/hour – LCDC Licensure Eligibility for
- $200/month Service Delivery Incentive Award
