Weekend Caregiver (PCA), Saturdays and Sundays, Fort Worth area

WEEKEND SHIFTS ONLY: SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS, DAYS AND OVERNIGHTS, ACROSS TARRANT COUNTY. This is an in-person job. You must already live in Tarrant County or Johnson County (Burleson, Crowley, Alvarado) to be considered. Applications from outside this area will not be reviewed.

Bluebonnet Caregivers is a family-owned home care agency in Fort Worth. We are hiring caregivers specifically for weekends. If you work or go to school during the week and want steady Saturday and Sunday hours, this is built for you.

WEEKEND SHIFTS WE ARE FILLING NOW

• Saturday and Sunday day shifts, 10 am to 5 pm, in the Hurst area

• 8 to 12 hour weekend day and overnight shifts for a couple in south Arlington

• Shorter weekend visits around Fort Worth as clients start

Pay is $18 an hour. Same rate for everyone. No tiers, no negotiating, no games. Time and a half on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

• In-home visits with seniors: companionship, bathing and personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation

• Overnight shifts are in the client's home, with the client's routine written out for you

• We match you with clients near you and around the availability you give us

WHAT WE OFFER

• $18 an hour, W-2, not 1099

• Paid every other Friday by direct deposit

• A paid one-hour orientation with your client before your first shift, so you're not walking in cold

• You talk to the owners directly, not a call center

• A small team on purpose. We know your name and your schedule.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Available every Saturday, every Sunday, or both

• Hands-on caregiving experience. Agency, facility, private hire, or caring for a family member all count. Tell us which.

• Comfortable with personal care: bathing, dressing, transfers

• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation

• Able to pass a background check

No certification required. No CNA, no HHA, no formal training. If you have one, good, but it's not how we decide.
