Job Description:
We are hiring dedicated and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for both travel and local assignments across New Hampshire. As an LNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to patients in long-term care, rehab, or acute settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living tasks including hygiene, mobility, feeding, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Ensure patient rooms and common areas remain clean and safe
- Promote emotional well-being through respectful and attentive interaction
Qualifications:
- Active LNA license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed
