Summary:
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the face of the company and are what separate Bluebird Truck Wash, LLC from our competition. Bluebird utilizes impressive facilities and great locations to attract customers; however, the incredible customer service CSRs provide will keep them coming back. CSRs should expect to be on their feet and very active their entire shift. The role is very physical and includes moderate quick walking, lifting, and other physical requirements. CSRs will rotate between providing exceptional customer service at the Point of Sale area (XPT), guiding customers into the wash, performing proper manual washing procedures, and maintaining the appearance and high cleanliness standards of the facility.
What: The role of a CSR is to learn as much as possible and assist customers at all applicable locations.
- Performing vehicle cleaning by using brushes for scrubbing, pressure washers, chemical wands, and other applicable tools.

- Performing timely, consistent, and quality washing procedures
- Understanding of Site and Equipment Upkeep Standards
- Majority of time will be spent hand washing vehicles, cleaning the property, and assisting customers.
- All other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:

Physical Functions:
- Ladder Work: Ability to safely and effectively work on ladders at varying heights including by not limited to: step ladders, extendable ladders, portable step scaffolding, semi-truck ladders and steps, trailer ladders and steps. Capable of climbing, descending, and maintaining balance to perform tasks as required.
- Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing in excess of 10 pounds regularly, with proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Stooping and Bending: Able to stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods, often for more than 2 minutes at a time, to access and perform tasks at lower levels or ground level.
- Walking / Standing: Comfortable and capable of walking and standing for the majority of the workday, maintaining good posture and stamina to fulfill job duties effectively. This positions requires quick walking and ability to maintain pace throughout the shift.
- Cleaning: Capable of using extendable cleaning brushes at below-shoulder, shoulder, and above-shoulder heights to scrub vehicles and applicable property cleaning/ maintenance projects.
- Chemicals: Ability to use abrasive chemicals safely and efficiently for cleaning vehicles and applicable property.

Communication Functions:
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and peers to ensure that work is done timely and accurately.
- Ability to read and write simple English to document shift events
- Computer / Interface usage – ability to navigate computer and HMI effectively to ensure customer and business transactions are handled appropriately.
Job requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
