Advanced Application Analyst - Patient Access - Cadence and Prelude
This is a remote position incumbents, who reside in Florida only, may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require on-site support at an assigned location.
The Advanced Application Analyst - Patient Access (Cadence and Prelude) responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Primary owner of Prelude build and support (Patient WQs, Item Profiles/Defaults, HAR Advisor, etc.).
- Responsible for the build, support, testing and implementation efforts related to Patient Access workflows (ED arrivals/admissions, appointment check-in, etc.)
- Daily duties include being a resource for projects, implementing enhancement requests, and incident ticket support.
- Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades and project go lives.
- Utilize advanced application & analytic skills to design, build and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
Additional Experience Requirements:
- Epic Prelude certification (required)
- 3 years of Epic Prelude build, support, & implementation experience
Additional Experience Preferences:
- Epic Prelude certification (required)
- Additional experience with Cadence and Referrals (preferred)
- Experience working in the following areas:
o Prelude/Registration (Patient WQs, Navigators, HAR Advisor, etc.)
o Cadence/Scheduling (Ambulatory, Outpatient/Inpatient)
