We are looking for an experienced, licensed Pest Control Technician to join our growing team at Bluebird Pest Control.

Responsibilities
- Perform exterior perimeter pest control treatments
- Apply products safely and according to label requirements
- Inspect properties for pest activity and entry points
- Communicate professionally with homeowner
- Help build strong customer relationships and retention
- Assist with route efficiency and service quality
- Effectively use technology to
- Maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio pesticide applicator license
- Previous pest control experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Experience
- Exterior perimeter pest control
- Rodent control/trapping
- Mosquito treatments
- Termite monitoring systems
- Route-based service experience
