About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in creating an engaging and joyful experience for our team, patients and professional partners. In this position, you will plan events, manage social media, and help build strong relationships within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize team celebrations including birthdays, anniversaries, holidays & special events
- Coordinate team bonding activities, including our Team Day and Christmas Party
- Create and deliver thoughtful gifts and treats to referring partners such as dentists and specialists
- Plan and host events for professional partners and patients
- Organize fun in-office contests and giveaways for current and new patients
- Manage and post regularly on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Participate in occasional evening or weekend events (approximately 1-3 per year)
