Be part of a company that values professional growth and cutting-edge technology Attractive salary and bonus with various benefits such as private health insurance, cafeteria, and sports pass Hybrid working opportunity Contribute to a globally recognized product that’s transforming the equipment dealership industry Collaborate with a talented, supportive, and innovative team Get know the latest Microsoft technologies in the industry along with the chance to participate in relevant Microsoft exams and get certifications As a System Analyst, you will be… Learning the functionality of our customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations application and the parameters of the system during training and individually Preparing functional design documentation in line with the company´s standards/processes Testing and configuring interfaces between our application and 3rd party external systems Participating in the design and implementing our solution based on the company´s standards and project implementation methodologies, in line with the individual requirements of the clients and the local/international/group level regulations Providing excellence in support on a technical and functional level, incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting and resolution Working closely with other departments (support, on-site consulting team, product management) to better understand and meet customer expectations and industry trends Contributing to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test colleagues Working closely with software developers, assisting them during the development phase Leading occasionally calls/meetings/demos with clients, product owners and other stakeholders Running internal trainings, preparing training materials Mentoring junior personnel throughout their learning path What we expect from you: Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics Management or related area At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role User knowledge of SQL Independent preparation and execution of Soap and REST API integration tests within SoapUI tool Experience in requirement gathering analysis and in conducting workshops to drive requirements design Ability to map integration pattern to functional usage experience in MSFT Dynamics Experience in the field of Data migration is a great advantage Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing Demonstrated ability to achieve results by working in both a global team environment and independently. Striving for continuous learning and development, diligence and responsible attitude Previous experience with MSFT Dynamics products is a huge advantage (business analyst, consultant, key user)
