What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Providing comprehensive primary eye care for a loyal, established patient base — families, professionals, and patients who value their long-term vision health.
- Practicing alongside an experienced OD-owner and an existing associate, with full access to cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment technology.
- Developing clinical depth in specialty areas: dry eye treatment (RF IPL), myopia control, specialty contact lenses, and advanced medical eye care.
- Enjoying a clean Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.
The Technology Is Real:
We've invested in tools that let you practice at the top of your license:
- Optos ultra-widefield retinal imaging.
- Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT).
- Corneal topography and meibography.
- Radiofrequency and IPL for dry eye treatment.
- Cloud-based EHR for efficient, modern documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000–$120,000 base salary OR 18% of production — whichever is higher. Commensurate with experience.

Who We're Looking For:
- O.D. degree required; current Idaho licensure or ability to obtain.

- Willing to relocate to Blackfoot or the greater Southeast Idaho area.
