New position - We are hiring a new Part-time Wine Sales Representative in Denver, CO to focus on sales to Restaurants and other On-Premise customers. Hours are flexible. Base Pay is hourly, plus sales commission.
Bluebird Beverage & Distribution is a locally-owned business who sells and distributes wines that are produced by independent, family-owned vineyards. Our wine producers practice organic, biodynamic, and sustainable farming and are located in various countries in Europe, South America, and the U.S..
Denver-area customers find our wines in locally-owned restaurants, wine bars, and boutique wine shops located in the Denver metro area.
A Wine Sales Rep sets up meetings with restaurant buyers, GM's, and owners with the goal of our wines being available on their BTG and By the Bottle menus. They follow up regularly by phone and in person with our customers to ensure they are well-stocked, and to understand their buying patterns for new opportunities.
A successful Wine Sales Representative:
* Is passionate about wine and our customer's guest hospitality experience
* Is persistent to ensure we meet our customers' needs and to grow our business
* Has an existing network of buyer relationships in the Denver restaurant scene to call upon
* Self-motivated to grow sales
Minimum Requirements to be considered for this position are:
* 2 years of FOH restaurant or wine distribution sales experience
* Valid driver's license and own vehicle transportation to attend meetings
This position will start at between 15-20 hours per week with availability to grow with proven results. Hours are flexible and based on customers' meeting availability.
Salary : $30 - $35
