Bluebird Air Tours is looking for an outgoing, motivated Brand Ambassador & Tourism Sales Representative to help grow our hotel, resort, concierge, and tourism partnerships in Sedona.
This is a field sales position. You’ll be out in the community meeting people, developing relationships, generating leads, and helping turn those relationships into bookings.
What You’ll Do
- Visit local hotels, resorts, concierge desks, and tourism businesses
- Build referral and partnership relationships
- Generate qualified leads and bookings
- Follow up with hotel and tourism contacts
- Represent the Bluebird brand professionally throughout Sedona
- Identify new sales opportunities and partnerships
- Attend local tourism and networking events
- Track contacts, leads, and results
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, confident personality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
- Sales, hospitality, concierge, or tourism experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of Sedona is a plus
- Driven to produce results
Compensation
Hourly base pay commission performance bonuses
