What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Ice Cream Server/short order food cook position at Blueberry Chill?
We are looking for a cashier for Blueberry Chill that has the ability to work with the soft serve ice cream machine. We seek individuals who can seamlessly exemplify our culture – excellent customer service, reliability, a great work ethic and a positive “can-do” attitude.
Restaurant experience is preferred, but exceptions can be made for individuals who would be a great cultural fit.
We are seeking the following:
Interact with customers throughout the duration of a visit (e.g., initiating a warm, sales-oriented order, ensuring their needs are met throughout dining experience, and maintaining composure during fast-paced pockets of the day)
Ability to multi-task
Team player: collaborative with coworkers and maintains a great attitude
General restaurant maintenance (cleaning, restocking supplies, etc.)
A can-do, forward thinking attitude: we are always looking for individuals who can help make systems and operations more efficient
Attention to detail
Knowledge of menu

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
