Blueberry Bakery Jax LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bakery prep to join our team! In this role, you will assist our bakers by preparing high-quality ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, weigh, and prep ingredients according to bakery recipes.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and baking pans.
- Assist with receiving, rotating, and organizing inventory and supplies.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift and carry up to 50 lbs (such as flour sacks and ingredient buckets).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
