About the Role
We are looking for experienced AI Application Engineers to join our Blueberry AI team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and business consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions, build AI-driven applications, and continuously optimize product performance.
We can provide U.S. work visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
Location (On-site):
Burlingame, CA, United States or Shanghai, China
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and business consultants to understand business requirements, research AI technical solutions, and assess implementation feasibility.
- Lead or participate in system design, AI product integration, software development, and validation testing.
- Handle data processing, fine-tune AI models, and continuously optimize model and product performance. Collect user feedback, drive product or solution iteration, and ensure a complete improvement cycle.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese.
- (Hard Requirement) 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI-related projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, or similar AI application frameworks.
- Practical experience independently building at least one application in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, or image processing.
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment; strong self-learning, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
- Knowledge of Java fundamentals and familiarity with technologies such as J2EE, Struts, Web Services, Spring Boot, and XML is a plus.
