Key Responsibilities
Operations Ownership (Hands-On)
- Own and actively execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for accuracy, throughput, and day-to-day execution
- Identifyand resolve operational issues in real time to keep projects and shipments on track
- Provide day-to-day direction and coordination for warehouse associate(s) as needed
- Own andmaintainaccuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure all inventory is properly received, labeled, tracked, and stored
- Perform andmaintaincycle counts and inventory audits
- Establish and continuously improve best practices for inventory control and material handling
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure equipment is prepared and delivered for staging activities (rack & stack, burn-in, configuration)
- Coordinate materials and readiness for technical projects, ensuring timelines are met
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and readiness of staging and warehouse areas
- Evaluate current workflows andidentifyopportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Implement process improvements and support automation initiatives within warehouse operations

- Coordinate kitting and shipping activities to customer sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Support the development of warehouse-related service offerings (receiving, inventory, storage, kitting, shipping)
- Assistin scoping and supporting pricing for Integration Center services tied to technical projects
- Provide operational input to improve service delivery, efficiency, and cost structure
Required
- 5–10 years of experience in warehouse,logistics, or operations roles
- Hands-on experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Proven ability to take ownership andoperateindependently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in technology, telecom, or equipment-based environments
- Familiarity with staging environments (rack & stack, burn-in, or technical equipment handling)
- Exposure to process improvement, workflow optimization, or automation initiatives
- Understanding oflogisticscost management and shipping optimization
