Warehouse Associate

Temporary Project Pay Incentive: Additional $2.00/hour on top of the regular hourly rate.

We are currently offering a temporary project incentive of an additional $2.00 per hour, paid on top of the employee’s regular hourly wage, for eligible work related to the current project.

We are currently prioritizing candidates who are experienced and efficient at order picking and can maintain a fast and accurate picking pace.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations.

This is a hands-on warehouse position focused primarily on physical warehouse work, including receiving, moving products, organizing inventory, loading and unloading, order picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments.

The ideal candidate is responsible, dependable, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders quickly and accurately according to warehouse instructions and pick lists.
• Locate products efficiently and maintain a consistent picking pace throughout the workday.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, moving, organizing, and storing products.
• Move boxes, stack products, organize pallets, and place inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, containers, and pallets.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with replenishment and other daily warehouse operations.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other basic warehouse equipment when needed.
• Check product quantities, labels, carton conditions, and product information.
• Report damaged products, shortages, incorrect locations, or other issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area.
• Follow supervisor instructions and warehouse safety procedures.
• Complete other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Experience and Requirements

• Candidates with strong order-picking experience and fast picking speed will be given priority consideration.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, order picking, moving, loading/unloading, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform physical warehouse work throughout the workday.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to bend, lift, move, stack, and organize boxes and products.
• Must be able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic counting and checking skills are required.
• Must be able to verify quantities, labels, locations, and basic product information.
• Must be responsible, reliable, punctual, and willing to work.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment experience is a plus but not required.

Computer Experience

No computer or software experience is required.

This position primarily involves physical warehouse operations, order picking, packing, inventory movement, and general warehouse work rather than office or computer-based duties.
